Hi, I’m Mark Schultz, the Owner of MJ Land Sales LLC. I help people buy and sell raw land throughout the United States. My Story

I have always loved the land. As a military leader, I have been serving my country for over 25 years now, protecting the freedom and security of our nation. During my service, I traveled to many places and saw the beauty and diversity of our land. I also witnessed the challenges and threats that our land faces, such as urban sprawl, environmental degradation, and natural disasters.

After retiring from the military, I decided to pursue my passion for owning land. I bought my first parcel of raw land in Colorado, where I fell in love with the mountains, the wildlife, and the lifestyle. I realized that owning land was not only a personal fulfillment, but also a way to preserve and enhance the land for future generations.

I wanted to share this opportunity with others, so I started MJ Land Sales, a company dedicated to helping people buy and sell raw land. I have since helped many clients find their ideal properties, from small lots to large ranches, from wooded areas to open fields, from flat lands to hillsides.

My Approach

As a land specialist, I have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the entire process of buying or selling raw land. I understand the market trends, the legal aspects, the financing options, and the potential pitfalls of land transactions. I also have access to a network of professionals, such as surveyors, title companies, engineers, and contractors, who can assist you with any aspect of your land project.

My Interests

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids.  I love the outdoors, exploring new places, and enjoying nature. I like hiking, camping, and off-roading. I also like learning, and staying updated on the latest news and developments in the land industry. I’m always looking for new opportunities and ideas to improve my skills and services.
